Maki Oh presented this collection at New York Fashion Week yesterday at Space Studios. The danfo-esque background reminds me so much of the hustle and bustle of Lagos – maybe that was her inspiration. I love how the collection was styled, especially the hair and practical shoes. Maki Oh is definitely a brand that appeals to the strong hardworking woman – someone who isn’t afraid to be different.
